Refill Coffee Cart Part-Time Barista Job Responsibilities:
A barista for Refill Coffee Cart loves working with people, can work independently, has excellent customer service skills, and makes delicious coffee beverages.
Barista Skills and Qualifications:
Ultimate people skills, listening, verbal communication, at least two years of customer service, problem solving, service recovery, safety, initiative, organized, multi-tasking, selling to customer needs, consistent attendance, building client relationships, flexibility, food service experience preferred.
Barista Job Duties:

Prepares and sells drinks by following Refill Coffee Cart recipes and techniques.

Maintains inventories and par levels of supplies.

Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and reporting/fixing repairs.

Maintains safe, healthy, and clean work environment by following organizational and health department standards and sanitation regulations.

Physically move cart and supplies in and out of service locations safely, quickly, and with care.

Welcomes customers with a cheerful and helpful attitude.

Represents the brand through friendship and care for our community.

Makes coffee and beverage recommendations to customers.

Generates revenue by attracting new customers and looking for ways to expand services and products.

May be asked to assist with ideas for drink specials as well as social media posts and promotions.
Physical requirements:
Medium lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 20-50 lbs frequently and 10-20 lbs constantly. Frequent bending, walking, sitting, squatting, reaching and standing are required.
