Celebrating the Grand Opening of Westview Towers with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

In 2025, we were happy that the team at LHP Capital, LLC trusted us to serve coffee at the official ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the completion of Westview Towers', in Knoxville, Tennessee, $170 million renovation.

Community leaders, residents, partners, & supporters gathered to celebrate a project that we're optimistic that represents far more than updated buildings—it represents renewed investment in people, neighborhoods, & quality of life.

As we learned it during the ribbon-cutting ceremony, renovation of Westview Towers has brought significant improvements to all 240 affordable apartment homes. It was explained to us that residents now enjoy modern upgrades including new appliances, LVT flooring, updated fixtures, complimentary cable television, free internet service, & no-cost access to onsite laundry facilities.

As a business that spends much of its time serving people where they live, work, learn, gather, we appreciate opportunities to witness any project that can strengthen communities.

Our well-oiled machine was proud to keep coffee flowing throughout the celebration while guests connected, reflected on the journey to completion, & looked ahead to the future of the community.
